Course PDFs

Because The Visibility System, Custom Visibility System, and The Bankable Business System are digital products delivered as downloadable PDFs after payment, sales are generally final once the file has been delivered. If you have trouble opening your PDF, contact us with the email you used at checkout and we will resend it.

Content Packages

For Starter, Presence, and monthly retainers: if work has not yet started, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of payment. Once content creation has begun:

• If you are unsatisfied, you are entitled to one round of simple revisions at no extra cost.
• If after revisions the work still does not reasonably match the agreed package, we will work with you in good faith on a partial refund or make-good solution.
• Refunds are not available for completed and approved work, or for change-of-mind after delivery and acceptance.

Monthly Retainers

Retainers can be canceled before the next billing cycle. Work already produced for the current month remains due. No prorated refunds for partial months once work has been delivered.

Rush and Cancellation

• Rush fee: +50% when the work is needed within 48 hours. Applies to packages, editing, and add-ons, on top of the listed price. Rush is only available when we can actually turn it around, so ask first.
• Cancellation: 25% of the booked amount if you cancel a confirmed job. On-site video shoots use the schedule above, not this 25%.

On-site video shoot cancellation

• Within 24 hours of the shoot — 100% of the booked shoot
• 24–48 hours out — 50%
• 48–72 hours out — 25%
• 72+ hours out — no charge
